Job Description:
As a Digital Advertising Specialist at ADME, you will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of PPC campaigns for our clients. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online presence and achieving their marketing objectives. You will work closely with account managers, creative teams, and other specialists to ensure campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPC Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
- Optimize ad copy along with the production team to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
- Implement and monitor A/B testing to optimize ad performance and landing pages.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend.
- Provide clients with detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
- Use data-driven analysis to make recommendations for campaign improvements and budget allocations.
- Strategy & Optimization:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with client goals.
- Continuously test and refine targeting, ad placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with Marketing Partners and clients to discuss campaign performance, strategy, and future initiatives.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations in client meetings.
- Contribute towards building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Digital Advertising or a related field.
- Creative mindset and an eye for striking ad copy and visuals.
- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with advertising policies.
- Strong analytical skills and the knack to convert data into practical insights.
- Solid history of effectively managing and enhancing Digital Advertising campaigns.
- Fluency in digital/analytic platforms i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics.
