Our client is an award-winning, purpose-led independent agency dedicated to creating profound and transformative change for clients and the planet. Due to impressive growth, they are seeking an ambitious Digital Director to join the leadership team.
In this critical role you will:
- Strategically guide digital-first client accounts and campaigns
- Translate strategies into optimized omni-channel media plans
- Lead a team to execute paid campaigns across programmatic, video, social and search
- Report on performance analytics and continually refine based on insights
- Oversee media partner relationships and advertising spend
The ideal candidate has:
- 8+ years’ hands-on digital media experience
- Demonstrated expertise in major platforms and advertising technologies ( Google Ads, Meta and Programatic and able to lead strategies using GA4)
- Ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
- Strong leadership presence and client advisory skills
- Success managing high-performing teams and agencies
