As the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the digital expansion of the luxury brand. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, this unique opportunity allows you to contribute to a dynamic brand and enhance your expertise alongside industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Oversee day to day operations and ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand presence.
- Collaborate with the ANZ E-commerce Manager to coordinate Digital Marketing assets and deliver top-notch campaigns.
- Develop and maintain an affiliate network, drive SEM programs, and explore new performance marketing channels.
- Generate comprehensive reports using analytics tools for in depth analysis.
- Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns, keeping assets up-to-date across all channels.
Ecommerce
- Collaborate with ANZ E-commerce manager to enhance global website capabilities and oversee product enrichment.
- Coordinate website promotions, GTM events, and visuals in line with business goals
- Plan key moments on the content and trading calendar
- Collaborate with the graphic design team for consistent website updates
- Partner with various teams, assist with testing new site features, and address customer service feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce experience in the fashion industry.
- Proven shopify and Google Analytics experience. Minimum 2-5 years
- Familiarity or related experience with heatmapping tools, PIM, Search spring, and Style Arcade
- Project Management experience with tools like Monday.com or JIRA
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Creative mindset combined with analytical prowess
