Your Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. You'll be the go-to guru for all things Digital Marketing, from brainstorming bold new campaign ideas to analysing data and optimising media performance. You’ll play a key role in the marketing team supporting our national gym franchise.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute kick-ass Digital Marketing campaigns that drive results and leave the competition in the dust.
• Lead the communication of our campaigns out to our network
• Dive deep into data to uncover insights and trends that inform our strategy and keep us one step ahead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure all bases are covered.
• Stay on top of the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing, always looking for new ways to innovate and elevate our game.
• Manage the relationship with our media partners and collaborate in ways to improve awareness and lead performance.
• Report on performance progress so we always know how we are doing. 
• Manage our national website, including leading the design of a whole new site and ongoing updates.
• Take on ad hoc projects coming into the team to support our network and company growth strategies

What You'll Bring:

• A can-do attitude and a willingness to tackle any challenge head-on.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• Experience with media/leads analysis
• Experience with website maintenance and adding forms
• A passion for all things digital, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
• Degree in Marketing / related field
• Experience with automated marketing/customer lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, because teamwork makes the dream work.
• A love of learning and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
