Our business is looking to expand its digital reach through various online platforms, and in doing so we are looking for someone with a passion for Digital Marketing to join our growing team.
About the company:
Our National business is based in Melbourne with clinics in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Our team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists focus on treating only the upper limbs (shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands, including fingers and thumbs). Because we focus on this one area of the body, we’ve gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating any pain, discomfort, or limited movement patients may be experiencing.
About the role:
Working closely with the management team to develop and grow the company’s marketing function - the successful applicant will be a team player who has the ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients and external consultants. This role will suit someone who is highly organised and has the capability to show initiative in order to achieve results. This role will be a full-time position within our administration team based in Malvern East.
Typical duties will include the following:
Managing the development of content via internal staff and external partners
Creating, implementing and measuring the company's social media content via the various social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube and Linkedin
Managing and executing our client and partner events
Working with external agencies to assist with the management of the company's web strategy
Complete management of our website and online platforms including GMB and all social platforms.
Creating the social media and branding of our business through CANVA and other design programs.
Along with colleagues, assisting with the development and management of company’s CRM system

Some key attributes/requirements will be:
Prior experience in a Digital Marketing role preferred, however final year Uni students will be considered
Experience with CANVA
Experience with Wordpress
Experience with SEO
Experience in GMB and Google advertising
An innovative and creative thinker with the confidence to suggest ideas
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, PR and/or Communications
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, resourceful and a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
Interest and basic understanding of allied health is preferred, but not essential
