About the position
The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity, pivotal to the success of our business. You will be responsible for assisting our Digital and Website Marketing projects. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will assist in managing our digital growth and innovation. You will be required to collaborate with the broader Marketing Department to service and continually optimise our client experience, and ultimately assist in increasing digital lead generation for the group. The role requires Digital Marketing knowledge with experience across website management, online campaigns and CDPs, with ideally past exposure across SEO and CRM projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Technology and Digital Marketing Specialist in achieving set digital objectives
- Assist in managing the Digital Marketing remit for the business
- Manage day-to-day CMS/Website administration, troubleshooting and optimisation, including across e., Google Business Profiles
- Oversee website content publishing and new templated page builds
- Manage digital optimisation projects, including UX & SEO strategy with senior support
- Manage custom eDM builds and troubleshooting
- Assist with CRM maintenance, data integration, testing and analysis
- Manage digital research briefs
- Assist in digital traffic management and triage of digital requests
- Support associated digital technologies and vendor relationships
Qualifications & skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Intermediate Digital Marketing proficiency
- Keen understanding of timelines and project management
- Creativity and innovation in the digital space
- Thrives in both independent and team-based projects
- Intermediate understanding of UX and CX
- Experience with luxury or real estate brands preferred, but not essential
