About the role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator role at Knotwood, based in Southport, Gold Coast.
Candidates with a knowledge of or passion for the equine industry are highly favoured. As a pivotal member of our Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will focus on optimising our digital channels year-round, with a particular emphasis on enhancing our Social Media Channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive effective and efficient Paid Campaigns, ensuring that KPIs align with our marketing and brand objectives. Additionally, you'll spearhead the evolution of our social media presence, transitioning from brand and product awareness to fostering customer engagement and conversion.
Moreover, you'll oversee the management of our global content creator community, ensuring that user-generated content is aligned with our objectives and contributes significantly to the growth of brand exposure in key markets.

Requirements:
- Inhouse role.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or social media role, with a proven ability to create and manage FB/IG advertising campaigns, sales funnels and evergreen ad campaigns.
- Proven ability to scale followers, social traffic and revenue.
- Effective time management, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyse digital performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns and strategies.
- Exceptional organisation and collaboration skills.
