Reporting to the Digital Services & Customer Experience Vic Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Start or develop your career as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. Join a team of performance-driven specialists
• Develop and manage Digital Marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end process of digital content creation
• Collaborate with our SEO agency to implement updates and enhancements, staying current with industry best practices
• Prioritize and manage content requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Support the National Digital Marketing Team in the implementation of innovative Digital Marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize our Google My Business profile; and
• Contribute to eDM production through Sales Force Marketing Cloud.

• Entry or Grad level working within a Digital Marketing environment with understanding of Digital Marketing principles and Web Content Management systems
• Sound knowledge of web tools (eg. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Project Management skills to manage multiple projects/stakeholders
• Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• The ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines; and
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills.

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful candidate.
