We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a new client we have partnered exclusively with. The position is a newly created one and a key part of the business's growth strategy - they have big (but very realistic) ambitions to triple their annual revenue in the next 3 years.
Our client is a very established business with 20 years experience in the market, where they have climbed to the top of their game and are now looking to take their product offering global. The role itself is responsible for managing owned and paid digital channels, and will report directly into the Senior Marketing Manager. The two of you will team up and partner on developing the 1,3 and 5 year Digital Marketing strategy in the first instance, setting the tone for the rest of the successful candidates tenure.

Responsibilities
- Own and be accountable for the success of Digital marketing plans
- Demonstrate Digital Marketing ROI and insights through advocating and sharing of reporting and data across the business
- In conjunction with internal and external partners, manage, create and deploy all content for the website(s)
- Support the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a CRO and ecommerce strategy
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing Social Media strategy
- Own, evangelise and develop owned social media channels
- Be responsible for the content and publishing calendar for Social channels
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of an email and automation enhancement roadmap
- Develop, execute and optimise yearly email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with a Search agency, develop and enhance the SEO and Paid Search plans
- Measure and report performance of Digital Marketing campaigns
- Regular reporting on website health metrics
- Regular reporting on marketing activities and KPIs
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Wordpress CMS essential
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Experience in implementing Digital Marketing strategies in a B2B sales environment
- Exposure to ecommerce platforms and lead generation strategies highly regarded
- Experience with using CRM tools, Salesforce is advantageous
- Experience with Email/Marketing Automation platforms, Pardot is advantageous
