Digital Marketing Specialist

Scale is looking for an obsessed and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our talented team as we continue to make a dent in the industry!

Scale: Business Partners operates on the premise that traditional marketing agencies are obsolete, self-proclaimed gurus lack authenticity, and the concept of 'full service' is misleading. Our inception arose from the widespread issues and neglect small businesses face, like being pushed to the side, assigned a number, and entirely ignored by those claiming they have the ‘perfect solution’ to a temporary problem.

From this reality, a new model emerged, and so we formed Scale: Business Partners. A team of experts and specialists coming together under one roof to assist SMEs holistically and allow them to scale. Through marketing, operations & business management, we provide tailored solutions and agile support to empower businesses to unlock their potential.

Client Marketing & Growth:

• Collaborate with the team to execute and grow marketing efforts for both existing and new clients.
• Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs and performance data.
• Develop and manage comprehensive Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels (organic and paid social media, email, SEM).
• Manage and maintain client social media platforms and utilise relevant tools.
• Work with the team to create and implement client marketing strategies.
• Provide accurate, quick reporting to management and clients as needed.
   

Content & Copywriting:

• Develop content strategies aligned with client and campaign goals.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various formats (social media, email, website, etc.).
   

Paid Advertising:

• Implement and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Allocate budgets, target audiences, and optimise campaign performance.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with design and digital teams to create and execute campaign builds.
• Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategy alongside the team.
• Work with the team on broader company initiatives, including marketing and business management.
• Contribute to internal marketing efforts aligned with leadership goals.

Technical Skills & Efficiency:

• Utilise marketing automation and AI tools to streamline processes and optimise campaign performance.
• Implement and optimise existing tools and processes where possible to improve efficiency.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, popular culture, and emerging platforms.
• Provide insights and updates to teams as you see fit.

• Extreme passion for business & marketing, if you don’t love business, then this won’t be a fit!
• 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace Suite.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Experience using Google ads.
• Experience with ClickUp is a HUGE plus.
• Experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
