An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Digital Marketing Specialist at LJ Hooker Group. Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist at LJ Hooker Group plays a vital role in supporting multiple franchise networks by driving awareness and implementing national marketing campaigns and strategies. Beyond raising awareness of corporate marketing initiatives, this role involves leveraging marketing tools like HubSpot CMS for improved customer nurture and website functionality. The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and deliver marketing solutions aligned with LJ Hooker's objectives.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• Assist in driving awareness and implementation of LJ Hooker's national marketing campaigns across franchise networks.
• Support in the project management of brand campaigns and lead generation initiatives across multiple brands.
• Utilise HubSpot CMS and other tools to enhance customer nurture and website functionality.
• Enhance office digital infrastructure to strengthen LJ Hooker's marketing value proposition: Implement strategies to optimize the digital infrastructure within office settings, ensuring that marketing initiatives align effectively with LJ Hooker's value proposition.
• Collaborate with digital providers/suppliers to drive excellence: Leveraging our preferred digital service providers to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions that enhance our offices Digital Marketing eco-system and overall customer experiences.
• Lead recruitment campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of recruitment campaigns, focusing on both awareness-building and nurturing strategies to attract top talent to the LJ Hooker network.
• Execute Canva integration across platforms: Oversee the seamless integration of Canva design tools across platforms such as Spoke, Reach, Propertii, etc., ensuring uniformity and quality in visual representations of LJ Hooker's brand.
• Develop digital training resources: Create comprehensive training materials aimed at enhancing the digital capabilities of our network members. 
• Analyse networks' marketing capabilities, provide coaching and ensure brand compliance.
