- Work with internal stakeholders in Communications, Engagement & Education team to develop and implement regular content and updates to the Education sub-domain website.
- Schedule and publish content, develop best-practice tools for search engine optimisation; and monitor and report on user analytics.
- Write, produce, edit and publish engaging multimedia content with topics suitable for use on digital and social media assets to effectively promote the Departments key messages.
- Identify risks and opportunities, and monitor and develop responses to community comments in accordance with Departments online community management guidelines.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends in the development of social media content across social media platforms to ensure content remains relevant and reflects best practice.
- Work cooperatively within the team and with other key stakeholders to exchange information and assist other team members to achieve team objectives and work outcomes.
- Ensure content is accurate, relevant, in line with brand and content guidelines, reflects customer insight, aligns with digital policies and complies with WCAG2.0 accessibility requirements.
