We are a small Support Coordination team based in the Hunter Region and are on the hunt for our next Support Coordination super star.
We currently provide Support Coordination in the following LGA's
- Newcastle
- Port Stephens
- Lake Macquarie
- Cessnock
- Maitland and surrounds
About the role…
- Assist NDIS Participants to navigate the world of the NDIS, implement their NDIS Plans and support them through the entirety of their NDIS Plans.
- Coordinate a variety of services for our participants that work within their NDIS budgets.
- Develop effective working relationships with carers, family, external services and other key stakeholders to help provide the most well-rounded support available for participants.
- Meet with NDIS Participants and relevant stakeholders in person and over the phone to ensure they are getting the supports they need.
- Work with NDIS Participants and support them through the NDIS Plan Review process.
- This is a sub-contracting role - you will need to supply an ABN, Mobile Phone, Laptop and insurances if successful.

Essential Criteria….
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS
- Certificate IV in Disability, or relevant experience in the disability sector
- Experience in supporting people with a range of disabilities, preferably in the role of Support Coordination.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Current driver's license
- Valid Working with Children's Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
