About This Opportunity
We are currently searching for an experienced Director, Development & Project Delivery to implement and manage the University’s capital and general building programs.
With a current development pipeline in excess of $750mil, this role will have a strong focus on driving development outcomes across 4 major new build projects, whilst also developing a strong team culture.
Leading the delivery team, you will provide strategic leadership in the management of all building and infrastructure projects from inception to completion in order to support the operational and strategic goals of the University.
About You
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute executive leader with demonstrated experience in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Track record in successful delivery of high value ($100mil+), highly complex construction projects.
- A high level of understanding across all construction and design related professions and the inter-relations in construction delivery.
- Demonstrated ability of building and leading high performing teams.
- Minimum 10yrs relevant work experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Design or related field.
