The Director, People Services works closely and collaboratively with the Director, People Strategy to ensure the full breadth of HR functions is delivered to the Commission, in a way that supports the workforce.
The Director, People Services reports to the Assistant Commissioner, Finance and People and is responsible for: * leading the People Services team and partnering with business areas to provide high quality HR services and advice to the NDIS Commission;

• developing and implementing operational strategy, process and programs in alignment with the NDIS Commission’s Workforce Plan 2022-27;
• preparing papers and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team providing advice in relation to workforce management;
• preparing executive and ministerial correspondence, briefs, and responses to Questions on Notice;
• working collaboratively with the Director, People Strategy to achieve joint business objectives; managing services delivered to the NDIS Commission through the shared services agreement with DSS;
