About this role:
As a Support Worker at Direct Focus Solutions, you will have the opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers positive outcomes through a strengths-based approach. In this role, you will work closely with our program managers, Support Worker leads, and members of our clinical team to support a range of clients and NDIS participants within their homes and communities throughout the eastern suburbs of Sydney by delivering individually tailored services and activities.

Requirements:
Successful applicants will need to:
•Be flexible in accordance with the specific needs of our clients.
•Possess disability, personal care, community services, or aged care qualifications and/or experience.
•Have strong communication skills, a highly motivated mindset, and an enthusiasm for helping others.
•Possess a driver’s license and have access to a vehicle prior to employment.
