Personal Care Support:
• Assisting clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, andmedication management.
• Promoting a sense of dignity, respect, and autonomy while providing care.
1:1 Support:
• Establishing and maintaining a trusting and supportive relationship with each client.
• Developing individualised care plans based on client needs, goals, and preferences.
• Encouraging clients to engage in meaningful activities and social interactions.Employment Support:
• Collaborating with clients to identify employment goals and opportunities.
• Providing job coaching and assistance with resume building and interview preparation.
• Supporting clients in their workplace, fostering independence and skill development.Community Integration:
• Accompanying clients on outings and community activities to promote social inclusion.
• Assisting with grocery shopping, attending appointments, and participating in recreationalactivities.
Transportation:
• Safely transporting clients to various locations, including medical appointments, workplaces,and community events.
• Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations while driving in accordance with Pebble’s ClientTransport Policy.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
