Disability Support Workers – Croydon/Ringwood/Forest Hill

We are hiring for casual leading to permanent Disability Support Workers to work across our Croydon, Forest Hill and Ringwood residential houses supporting people with disabilities. The Disability Support worker role is a multi-skilled role working across weekdays, weekends and nights.
The role assumes you will provide person-centred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living with no two days being the same.
Some of the tasks you could be doing include:
- Meal planning, preparation and cooking
- Dispensing and being responsible for medications
- Cleaning, washing clothes, shopping
- Helping clients with personal care, transfers and dressing
Overall, you will be supporting clients to achieve their goals and live their best lives and you’ll be part of vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a difference.
