About the Company:

Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.
The Role:
We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to partner with our female participant based in Geelong, VIC. Our participant requires assistance with personal care, supervision and access to the community.
The current care plan in place requires 2:1 Support Workers. We also have other participants who are located in Geelong seeking support.
Pay Rates:
- Day - $36.25 per hour
- Afternoon - $40.60 per hour
- Saturday - $50.75 per hour
- Sunday - $65.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with personal care prompting
- Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
- Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
- Community access
Skills & Experiences:
- Australian Driver Licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
