Your Role
As a Program Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating superior outcomes and support for our clients.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Inspiring and mentoring a team of dedicated Disability Support Workers, fostering their professional growth.
Crafting and overseeing client rosters to ensure the right skills are in the right place, adhering to all legislative standards.
Building relationships with stakeholders, including health professionals and families, to ensure our services are responsive and effective.

Are You Up for the Challenge? Here's What We Need from You:
Certificate IV or Diploma level preferred (Relevant discipline), or a commitment to commence within your first year with us.
A proven track record in leadership within a healthcare setting, with a deep understanding of the needs of those with complex challenges.
Exceptional communication, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a deep-seated respect for diversity and individuality.
