Full time position
Work hours will be 8:30 am- 5 pm Monday to Friday
Note: Immediate start
The Despatch Officer will work alongside staff on site. The primary functions of the role are to:
- Accurate data entry
- Utilise our custom app for driver jobs allocations.
- Assisting drivers with repacking of shipments to make airline cutoff times.
- Ensure shipments are airline / IATA compliant.
- Stock control.
- Other warehouse / administrative duties as required.
To be successful with your application you must be highly competent with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), be able to adapt quickly to the role and have:
- Excellent focus/attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to read and understand compliance requirements.
- Diligence completing assigned tasks.
- Must have extensive knowledge but not limited to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast (Hospitals, Universities, Airports)
- Adapt to working autonomously.
- Car Licence (Manual is an advantage)
