Moxy Logistics are offering a rare opportunity to join a growing privately-owned Warehousing and Logistics company. Due to increased growth, we need another team player. About the role
This opportunity is a full-time permanent position based at Yatala. Ideal candidate must have Dispatch and transport allocation experience, require minimum supervision and available for immediate start. Work hours are from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Your core duties include:
• General administration duties
• Order entry
• Maintaining accurate delivery dates on our cloud-based WMS
• Keeping track of orders and liaising with the warehouse team
• Coordinate daily truck run
• Regularly liaising with customers and freight forwarding companies
• Coordinating production of invoices, freight labels, documents, and stock orders
• Answering and processing telephone enquiries
To be successful in the role you will ideally be experienced in the following:
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Transport allocation experience
• Xero experience, would be beneficial but not necessary
• Have the ability to problem solve and use your own initiative
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Be able to adapt, in a fast moving environment
• Experience within a logistics or warehouse administration role
• A high level of communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident phone manner
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office; including Excel, Word, Outlook and Xero
• Ability to work autonomously
• Own/reliable transport essential
