We are currently seeking a permanent part time Admin Officer to support our operational team in the general data entry requirements for the site. The role is based on-site in Coopers Plains. Please note: No work from home capacity is available due to documentation control / access requirements.
The primary functions of the role are to:
- Accurately record timesheet information for payroll, billing and KPIs
- Cross check RCTI data
- Enter Compliance reporting data
- Utilise GPS software (Navman) to obtain truck movement data
- Record keeping and reconciliation of POD's
- Other administrative duties as required
Work hours will be nominally 9:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday.
To be successful with your application you must be familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), be able to adapt quickly to the role and have:
- a good focus/attention to detail,
- comfort working with numbers, formulas and datasheets, and
- diligence completing assigned tasks,
- experience in SAP software, desirable but not essential
Please note that the premises are not easily accessed by public transport.
