About the role The position reports to the National Business Manager and is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the delivery of the business plan, managing a number of distributor and end-user Key Account customers.
Major Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business plans and activities that deliver the financial objectives across the budgeted period.
Manage the day to day customer interaction and operational meetings
Negotiation and agreement of promotional opportunities maximizing investment return.
Continue to develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing team ensuring sales plans are executed within customer objectives.
Manage product availability through effective forecasting of requirements.
Presentation of products designed to extend distribution and gain new end user accounts
Experience & Attributes
Deep understanding of state based Foodservice Distributors
Experience in the development and ongoing management of end user Key Accounts
Passion for the development of the Foodservice industry
High level of commercial acumen
Outstanding communicator
Demonstrated success in implantation of customer business plans.
High attention to detail and a commitment to planning and organising.
Passion for customer service whilst balancing business needs.
Motivated to exceed expectations and delight your customers.
Must be self-motivated, self-managed with an ability to work effectively remotely.
Technically capable across CRM systems and Microsoft Suite/Excel
