Divisional Manager.This position will suit an experienced 360 recruiter who has existing Team Lead experience or an experienced Manager with the HR recruitment space. Experience, Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 8 years+ Agency recruitment experience
- HR sector recruitment experience (3 yrs+)
- Proven 360° recruitment and new business development skills
- Strong team leadership / management experience
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Drive, Ambition and Focus
- Willingness to learn and grow with a genuine career path
