Job Title: Document Controller

Hourly Rate: from $55/hr, experience-dependent

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our client’s team in Belmont.
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring compliance with all Client requirements.
About You:
To be successful in your application, you will:
· Have prior experience as a Document Controller within the engineering, mining, or resource industry
· Demonstrate a high attention to detail with proven organisational and time management skills.
· Possess problem-solving abilities and think clearly, creatively, and analytically.
· Exhibit strong administration skills, being organized, thorough, and systems oriented.
· Be proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the receiving, classifying, distributing, filing, and archiving of documentation in accordance with specifications.
· Adhere to standards for maintaining documentation within the Electronic Data Management System.
· Coordinate vendor documentation, drawings, transmittals, and engineering deliverables.
· Uphold company standards for Quality Assurance purposes.
· Control the timely distribution of drawings and documentation.
· Ensure document control activities comply with Company policies, procedures, and processes.
· Maintain, review, and update risk, customer, and related registers, policies, and procedures.
· Safeguard customer and business data privacy and enforce cyber security policies and procedures.
· Coordinate document control in alignment with the overall company system and policies.
· Collate and file regulatory and compliance reports.
· Coordinate and process new and amended license procedures.
