Position Overview:
One Key Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced Data Entry Administrator for a mine site based in Moranbah. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating information into the database and system and being responsible for all general administrative tasks.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in administration and Data Entry roles, preferably within the coal mining industry
- Input and maintain data in the system
- Generating reports
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Handling sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of Document Control processes on SharePoint
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit
- Effective time management skills and detail orientated
Additional requirements:
- Proof of Australian working rights
- Standard 11 or willing to obtain
- Drivers licence
- Able to do drive in/drive out to the Moranbah region
