AddressYour day will involve:
- Liasing with quarry managers to understand the forecasted volumes, and where in the area of the pit the D&B is required
- Understanding of the safety and environmental compliance
- Co-ordinating with both Drill and Blast contractors, to ensure rock on the ground
- Rasing purchase orders numbers and receipting, monitoring on costs are in line with budgets
What are we looking for?
- Understand and familiarisation of Drill and Blast operations
- Shotfirer certificate
- Effectively manage subcontractor cost and quality.
- Good at planning and scheduling
- Improvement initiatives
