The successful applicant will become part of a dynamic, professional team who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working for a busy venue. Experience in a high-volume venue is essential and craft beer knowledge is preferred.

Key responsibilities:
- Hands-on leadership and accountability of your team, including supervision and evaluation of performances
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thrive
- Driving sales to meet your targets and budgets
- Product procurement and creating quality food and beverage offers
- Controlling operational costs
- Compliance in both regulatory and company standards
- Participating in and contributing to group management, marketing, and finance projects
- Strong planning and forecasting ability in regards to local events and functions
The successful applicant will:
- Have suitable experience in hospitality management
- Have a strong understanding of the craft beer industry, market trends, customer service standards, and how to exceed them
- The ability to engage and build relationships with regular clientele
- Have a strong business acumen
- Have a professional manner and presentation
- Be available weekends and nights
- Lead from the front and set the best of examples
- Have correct certificates and licenses – RSA
