This position is key for optimising and driving growth in sales and revenue mix across Optus Online Sales channels for Prepaid by being accountable for the sales flow from research, conversion, operations and activation.Your day in the life of an e-Commerce Manager - Prepaid at Optus Set Prepaid e-commerce strategic vision by developing key groundbreaking strategies to bridge online and offline shopping journey with a view to deliver outstanding Online experience and meet sales targets. Implement robust sales conversion plan to deliver on acquisition, retention and revenue growth targets for Prepaid, drive shop traffic, and convert into Prepaid product sales through the proactive management of continuous improvement in the sales funnel conversion. Strategic development and implementation of innovative capability to enable the delivery of the AOP plan for Prepaid. Proactively explore opportunities for capability and experience improvements across Online channels for Prepaid, with link into Retail, Telesales, and other key business partner groups. Understand customer Digital research and buying behaviours to continually improve the Optus Online shop experience in order to use customer and traffic insights to implement appropriate conversion initiatives to drive revenue, retention and growth for Prepaid. Your skills to pay the bills Current knowledge in Digital Sales and standard methodologies complimented by strong skills in eCommerce practices, and ability to co-ordinate and deliver on sales campaigns across traditional and digital channels (retail, digital, app, adaptable). Ability to tackle strategic problems by analysing data and inputs from multiple sources, providing recommendations for improvement, and owning the operational execution of business outcomes. Have a high level of communication and relationship building with key partners across the business, proactively keeping them up to date on roadmaps, priorities, wins and asks. An evident ability to understand gaps in performance and how to best implement mitigation strategies to resolve these gaps.
