E-Commerce | Social Media Coordinator

AMARA HOME is seeking an experienced E-commerce | Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

This exciting full-time role will see you working alongside our Ecommerce team assisting with managing the website, increasing the database and driving online sales as well as the day- to-day planning and creation of Social Media content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Update and publish website content, including products and imagery using search engine optimisation and ensuring accuracy
• Online store management and stock control
• Manage online customer relations across multiple platforms
• Working cohesively with management to develop, implement and manage strategies and campaigns to drive online traffic and sales
• Develop & curate engaging and result driven content for all our digital/SOCIAL MEDIA channels
• Monitor and review all analytics across all digital/SOCIAL MEDIA channels and advise areas of potential growth
• Drive the Amara Home SOCIAL MEDIA and influencer strategy
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement the SOCIAL MEDIA and promotions calendar
• Stay up to date of new and emerging digital/SOCIAL MEDIA trends and channels to keep Amara Home’s presence consistently relevant and scaling

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years experience in E-commerce with exposure and understanding of digital marketing
• Experience working with Shopify platform preferred
• Experience driving sales through Social Media
• Sound understanding of digital marketing principles and best practice
• Previous experience working for a Fashion and/or Interior company would be highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very high attention to detail and ability to work with structure and process
• Proactive | Resourceful | Self-Motivated | Creative | Positive Outlook

To be successful, you will have a strong knowledge of both E-commerce and the Fashion | Interiors Industry.
