ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will be the centre of expertise for all things e-commerce and digital marketing. You will be accountable for managing all aspects of TAGHeuer.com including onsite developments, projects and meeting the performance objectives with a focus on sales and conversion rate.
This role will manage the day-to-day relationships with the digital agency and work closely with the marketing team to ensure all communication and creative aligns with the brand and is consistent with wider e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
Additionally, the E-commerce Specialist will work on digital initiatives with our wholesale partner network to ensure qualitative representation online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TAG Heuer website
- Achieve performance objectives: Sales & Conversion rate.
- Create meaningful digital campaigns across paid performance and social media to drive acquisition, traffic and sales to TAG Heuer’s .com platform to achieve annual sales targets.
- Optimization of Website traffic conversion.
- Identifying opportunities for site improvements in line with TAG Heuer strategy.
- Analysing & identifying trends across the online customer journey, providing insights and recommendations to drive additional traffic and sell out.
- Reporting performance including google analytics, traffic source, sales and trend data. Tracking conversion rates, analytics and making improvements to the website.
- Collect and analyze customer service care statistics and development customer service success metrics.
- Prepare relevant reports for different departments and senior management.
- Manage all A/B tests in line with TAG Heuer HQ and continually analyze data and optimize to increase conversion.
- Implement Ecommerce plans in line with global strategy.
- Work in collaboration with HQ Ecommerce team to recommend new initiatives and maximize conversion opportunities on TAG Heuer website.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Develop EDM calendar in accordance to business priorities and collection launch.
- Optimization of customer loyalty and retention & implement strategy to recruit new clients.
- Analyze results of email campaigns from both qualitative and quantitative standpoints, with special focus on traffic and conversion.
- Manage live chat and email inquiries and replying to comments on social media, Google reviews etc.
- Assisting customers with phone/online orders and after-sales service issues.
- Clientelling: Following up on all sales leads and developing clients into long-term relationships by emailing and keeping in touch with them on a regular basis.
Inventory Management
- Online Merchandising to determine optimal product features to drive traffic and conversion.
- Manage ecommerce stock levels and ensure adequate stock for campaign launches, limited editions, and best sellers.
- Create preorder or waitlists where key novelties & best sellers are out of stock.
- Looking after waitlist, pre-orders, and orders and liaising with the logistics team.
Other
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
- Collaboratively working with the management and keeping them informed with new ideas to improve everyday business in the E-commerce channel.
ABOUT YOU

You must possess the below:
- 3 years’ experience in e-commerce in retail or fashion
- Website content management systems and proven ability to drive sales online
- Expert-level experience using the following software Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of tracking customers journeys
- Ability to analyze and utilize data to improve performance across all areas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to develop processes to improve accuracy over time
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous experience managing and directing 3rd parties for business outcomes
- Experience in managing digital campaigns across a number of channels
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business acumen
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel & PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop and InDesign would be favorable
