The Company:

This boutique interior design and architecture practice is known for its tailored and personalised approach from concept to delivery.

They provide interiors and furniture/styling services to a variety of clients and their project sectors include: high end residential, retail, hospitality and corporate.
  
The role:

You will be supporting 3 busy Directors with varying needs. The main focus area will be coordination, administrative support and task follow up of a busy schedule of meetings across the business. As Executive Assistant / Office Manager you will play a pivotal role ensuring that the Directors and staff are able to meet all design targets and client obligations. You will also manage the operational day to day running of the office.
To be effective, you will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes. You will be a highly organised person, and able to keep others on track! 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and triage of incoming correspondence, respond and action appropriately on behalf of Directors
  • Prepare letters, emails and documents
  • Manage complex and changing diaries
  • Minute meetings, collate agendas, coordinate follow up actions
  • Organise travel
  • Expense claims management
  • Assist with fee proposals, track business development opportunities and help produce information
  • Maintain confidence and confidentiality at all times
Skills and experience:
  • Diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
  • Able to adapt quickly and work proactively
  • Positive energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Can build rapport easily and add to internal culture
  • Reliable and hard-working, prepared to go the extra mile when needed
  • Excellent stakeholder / customer relationship management
  • Professional services experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Directors or Executives
  • Advanced MS Office and tech skills
