Working closely with the Managing Director, this dynamic role encompasses sales, leasing, and administrative responsibilities vital to supporting all listings and overall business operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inquiries, inspections, initial offers, sales, and leasing administration
- Coordinating documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and marketing preparation
- Conducting ingoing inspection reports
- Calendar management
- Facilitating internal coordination among staff, vendors, landlords, and tenants for the Managing Director's transactions
- Ideally, some experience in industrial, commercial, or retail sales, leasing, and/or property management
- Strong work ethic, time management skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
- Proficient investigative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Current or near-completion of the NSW Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Possession of a valid NSW Driver's License and a reliable insured vehicle
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
