Christian Community Ministries is seeking to fill the role of Early Childhood Services Coordinator. This is a new position which is available for immediate commencement.
CCM owns and operates 13 Christian schools through Australia. It is also an Approved Provider under Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) National law, providing under-school-age education and care, as well as school-aged care services, via registered ECEC Services in Queensland at:
Chinchilla Christian College - Kindergarten
Term time program for 4- to 5-year-old children
Dalby Christian College - Early Learning Centre
48+ weeks per year for children 36 months to school aged
Outside school hours and vacation programs for primary-school-aged children
Groves Christian College (Kingston) - Early Learning Centre
48+ weeks per year for children 36 months to school aged
Before school hours care for primary-school-aged children
Groves Christian College - Kindergarten
Term time program for 4- to 5-year-old children
Groves Christian College - School Aged Care
After school hours care and vacation care program for primary-school-aged children
Livingstone Christian College (Ormeau) - Early Learning Centre
48+ weeks per year for children from 6 weeks to school aged

A new early learning centre is currently under construction at Seaview Christian College in Port Augusta, South Australia. This service is expected to initially provide a term-time program for 4- to 5-year-old children, commencing in the second half of 2024 (subject to obtaining ECEC regulatory approvals).
The Early Childhood Services Coordinatorrole is being established to:
- provide oversight and coordination regarding ECEC Approved Provider regulatory requirements;
- support, guide and mentor ECEC service leaders to deliver Early Childhood education and care services consistent with the ACECQA National Quality Framework; and
- facilitate effective whole of organisation administrative and communication processes regarding ECEC services.
The position will be based at the CCM Central Administration Office in Kingston, Queensland, reporting to the CCM Compliance Manager. The role includes an expectation of direct engagement with ECEC service Directors and staff at each College (school) as well as close collaboration with local College-level leadership staff and CCM Central Services teams. Appointment will be via an Individual Agreement contract, with remuneration anticipated to be comparable to an ELC Director under the CCM Schools Enterprise Agreement.
