We have an exciting opportunity for eCommerce Business Manager to join us on our digitised journey and join a high performing team. With an option to work either from Sydney or Melbourne you will functionally report into the Head of E-commerce.
Key responsibilities
Following the 2025 Pacific Strategy, as an eCommerce Business Manager you will be responsible for driving cross business collaboration and supporting local country teams in growing their e-business results. You will be responsible for driving ecommerce online marketing & sales initiatives and delivering ROI.
Your main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Identify, grow, and drive commercial management of our key distribution channels
- Drive eCommerce initiatives within selected countries in order to grow online sales
- Create e-marketing & budget plans in cooperation with the local stakeholders
- Establish comprehensive e-marketing tools and instruments based on local needs (SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Google analytics)
- Create online sales concepts, customer journeys based on ROI driven business models
- Optimize the integration of CRM in all e-business related activities
- Use your existing knowledge and capabilities to support local teams in growing e-business results through distributors and retailers
About you
You are passionate about digital solutions, have great commercial acumen, you love dealing with stakeholders locally and globally, and you want to make an impact to the business. As the nature of communication is fluid and increasingly important in today's business environment, the role requires an adaptive and agile approach. It also requires an ethical consideration of the brand values, essence, and mission.
In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful:
- University qualifications in marketing/communications
- Demonstrated 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing discipline
- Previous experience in Commercial Management of key accounts
- Experience with B2B Segments with two years in Commercial or E-commerce role
- Understand both commercial and business units & marketing
