eCommerce Executive

Never heard of bricks & mortar before but know eCommerce inside out? 
We have a newly created role to assist in developing & managing the eCommerce end-to-end experience for a growing brand & internationally respected name. You will be dealing with products that consumers want, so if dishing up is what you do best, then we could be a match.

Ensuring a best-in-class online experience, you will be responsible for building, managing and driving the optimisation of the business’s online presence to recognise sales opportunities. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure the online store mirrors our wider business both locally and internationally.

Your focus will be the immediate growth and operations for Everdure by Heston Blumenthal eCommerce, though the need to work across the wider range of Shriro eCommerce sites may be required.

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will ensure smooth end-to-end operation of brand websites. Your eCommerce savvy will allow you to take our infant sites into the growth expected from the quality and design the products represent.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Direct action in executing all aspects including websites, marketplaces, advertising, promotions and blog.
  • Self-sufficiency in end-to-end management of online sales – from website to logistics.
  • Oversee & continually improve the website including design, UX, content, navigation, marketing, and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and online sales.
  • Real time monitoring of the sites against KPIs, making continuous improvements in social media and advertising.
  • Motivated to make changes to optimise the consumer experience
  • Sourcing relevant content, building stories/themes to draw and retain audience.
  • Manage the successful implementation of SEO–SEM strategies & social advertising.
  • Working directly with sales and marketing to ensure planning, new product & content is seamlessly translated into online execution.
  • Launch and manage marketplace sites actively – product mix, pricing strategy and customer value proposition.
  • Building consumer database and profiles, with timely & relevant communication.
  • Formulating monthly reports.
  • This role is office based working from our Chatswood office.
  • Supporting the wider eCommerce team during staff absence and high workload periods.

Who we are looking for…

You have at least 2 years’ experience within eCommerce with good working knowledge and hands on experience of eCommerce activities (specifically Shopify) and online marketing channels. You have been front line managing several B2C sites successfully with solid growth.

Skills and intimate knowledge in: Google Analytics and CMS Platforms (Shopify), Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable.

You understand the online consumer journey, with strong experience understanding web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities to improve. You are creative and driven by results, with that personal drive to bring about change.
