Seafolly is looking for a passionate Ecommerce Manager to join our Seafolly team and be a part of one of Australia's most iconic brands.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Ecommerce you will drive the strategy to achieve sales targets and deliver profitable sales growth across all Seafolly & Jets domestic and international websites through effective implementation of the Ecommerce Strategy and management of Ecommerce Operations.We are:

You will:
- Work closely with the CRM manager to ensure website is optimised for loyalty programme.
- Manage the website to maximise sales and achieve weekly targets.
- Grow Ecommerce revenue through digital sales acquisition channels
- Track sales performance and key web metrics to complete monthly projections.
- Implement the business' SEO strategy to identify opportunities to improve traffic, build domain authority and grow organic sales.
- Optimise shopping funnel opportunities to continuously improve onsite conversion.
- Utilize A/B testing, heatmapping etc to achieve/improve onsite conversion.
- Provide a passionate and collaborative leadership approach by ensuring KPIs are met
- Execute the global Ecommerce strategy, in collaboration with relevant teams and key external partnerships.
- Research consumer trends and providing recommendations for CX improvements
- Provide a clear and comprehensive detailed commercial report and analysis
You have:
- Experience in Ecommerce and implementing SEO strategies, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Knowledge of operating Shopify
- Strong google analytic skills with a solid understanding of ROI and profitability.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing management
- Previous experience working alongside agencies/UX specialists to implement digital road map projects.
- Understanding of digital marketing such as Social Advertising
- Knowledge of ecommerce systems including feed management and AP21 experience highly regarded.
- A proven record for driving traffic and conversion growth.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and development in the digital space to deliver the best customer experience.
