Job Description: We are seeking an efficient and results driven Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our team on a casual basis (5-10 hours per week). In this role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Ecommerce Marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Utilise various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing, to optimise online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Ecommerce Marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Ecommerce Marketing, preferably in the workwear or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
