MYER is looking for an eCommerce Planning Manager to manage and refine the eCommerce financial planning processes. You will be overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights, working to ensure that strategies are financially sound and in line with business objectives.
About the opportunity:
- Lead the eCommerce financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Provide strategic financial insights to support eCommerce decision-making and strategy formulation
- Oversee the work of the eCommerce Planning Lead, ensuring quality and alignment with broader financial strategies
- Monitor financial performance against targets, making recommendations for improvements.
- Foster collaboration between the financial planning team and eCommerce trade, operations, and project teams
- Development of financial models to streamline or improve management reporting processes such as benchmarking exercises and cost analysis.
About you:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce Trade or Commercial Planning, ideally in the retail sector and with P&L understanding
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in financial management and strategic planning within eCommerce
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Keen attention to detail with excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with key stakeholders to influence their strategy and decision-making processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a small team
- Drive a culture of high performance within the team
