Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with Partners and their providers/suppliers.
- Assist in invoice processing and reconciliation tasks.
- Support the wider team by addressing enquiries and calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Plan Management practices.
- Offer support and guidance to Plan Managers as required.
- Swiftly escalate issues when necessary.
- Act as a resource for Partners navigating the NDIS system.
- Gather and document feedback on service quality from Partners.
- Ensure adherence to NDIS policies and procedures.
- Interpret and comprehend NDIS plans.
- Participate in various ad-hoc tasks, projects, and training initiatives.
- Consistently adhere to workplace policies and protocols.
- Previous experience with NDIS and customer service.
- Familiarity or firsthand experience with the lived experience of people with disabilities and the NDIS.
- Strong attention to detail with a background in administrative roles.
- Ability to interpret the NDIS price guide and input accurate invoice data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
