OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving the online growth of all NAOS brands. The primary focus will be to develop and execute strategic business plans with key retailers to deliver business objectives.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead, develop, negotiate and implement 1 – 2 year joint business plans to deliver key business financial targets
- Plan, prepare & present retailer specific and centric promotional, category and marketing plans
- Lead development and execution of Digital Marketing insights, plans, and capabilities with customers & internal stakeholders
- Develop accurate monthly forecasts to project annual sales volume along with maximising supply chain efficiencies by tracking shipments, consumption data and inventory changes.
- Proactively call out potential risks or threats to monthly forecasts
- Own and develop external stakeholder relationships that are mutually beneficial and credible
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships & reporting
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years in Account Management, Business Development or category development activity within a manufacturer, distributor or retail operations required
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
- Experience with forecasting and reporting, business planning and execution activity
- Previous experience leveraging digital marketing and e-commerce platform insights is preferred
- A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset; instills trust with the team & is driven for results
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and motivated
- Puts an emphasis on developing and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Track record in successful negotiation and execution of aligned business plans
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Thinks outside of the box to push the boundaries of the beauty industry
