The Company
A well known Australian retailer is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their close knit HR team. A leader in their market, this retailer continues to grow and expand their market presence.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will join on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract which may convert to a permanent opportunity. Due to an increase in workload, the Employee Relations Advisor role has been newly created to support the team.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on ER cases to managers and supervisors.
• Advise and manage workplace investigations and grievances.
• Draft and review employment related documentation.
• Work with HR partners to ensure strategic responses to matters.

Experience:

• ER case management experience is essential.
• Providing advice in complicated ER cases and workplace investigations
• Coaching/mentoring managers and leaders.
• Ability to interrupt modern awards.
