The Company:This growing full service commercial law firm has stengths already across corporate, commercial, litigation, property and private client practice areas. With Partners who are all ex big firm, a new opportunity has arisen for an employment Partner or Senior Assoicate / Special Counsel who is ready to step up to a role leading the firm's employment practice.
About the role: This collegiate, happy and young partnership already has an existing employment practice worth around $400k. The firm has the work and just needs an experienced and ambitious lawyer to lead the employment practice. This role will see you:
- service a range of the firm's employer clients are across SMEs and corporates in sectors as broad as technology, property and construction, tourism, financial services, retail and funds;
- provide mostly Fair Work Act and employment advisory services, the firm doesn't really do much in the way of safety.
- a salaried employment law partner looking for a smaller more agile and family friendly firm;
- at a Senior Associate or Special Counsel level in employment law but looking to move to a firm with genuine partnership prospects; or
- a senior Employment Lawyer with strong employment experience looking for a pathway towards partnership.
