What you'll be doing
The role will focus managing the organisational change and adoption of the new enhanced eMR solutions including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and other structures affected.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health / health sciences, ICT or management or equivalent demonstrated extensive health industry experience.
- Extensive experience and a record of achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex health service environment. This includes expert knowledge of health processes and demonstrated experience in implementing large clinical programs.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills particularly in the area of managing multiple tasks/conflicting priorities and multi-disciplinary issues to meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyse client requirements.
