We're on the lookout for a Engineering Managerto joing our WA Operations team, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to our National General Manager of Operations, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the physical infrastructure that supports our residents' wellbeing. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the engineering and building maintenance operations across our facilities, as well as for all greenfield projects. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient living environment for our residents.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when implementing systems/processes that ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities, collaborating with our Directors of Nursing to prioritise and address maintenance, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
Now... to ensure our staff and residents get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:
- a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Engineering (or similar)
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- influenza vaccinations
- full working rights in Australia.
