As our new $47million dollar club is set to open its doors we are gearing up to be the hub of excitement and social activity, offering a vibrant environment for both our members and guests.

As part of our Marketing & Promotions department, this permanent part-time position offers an incredible opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of engaging entertainment events and compelling media content.

What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Entertainment and Media initiatives of the club, working closely with the marketing team to enhance our brand presence and engage with our members and community.

• Assisting DJs and Bands: Working closely with entertainment professionals to set up equipment and ensure smooth operations during performances.
• Social Media: Capturing memorable moments and posting to the club's social media accounts ensuring content is engaging, including photos and updates from events.
• Reviewing Responses: Engaging with the online community by responding to social media reviews for the club and associated motels.
• Promotional Events': Contribute to the success of major promotional nights by assisting in their setup and helping on the event day/night.
• Entertainment Bookings: In conjunction with the Marketing Manager coordinate entertainment bookings.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to enhance skills by undertaking courses to improve graphic design and multimedia capabilities.

What we need from you:

• Proficiency in utilising social media platforms: Platforms like Facebook, Instagram 
• Flexibility: To work nights, weekends and public holidays as required for event coverage.
• Detail-Oriented: Possess a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for Media and Entertainment: Display a genuine interest in the entertainment industry, social media trends, and online engagement.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively respond to social media reviews and interact with diverse audiences.
• Proactive Attitude: Take initiative and actively contribute ideas to enhance the club's entertainment offerings.
• Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality or entertainment industry would be advantageous but not essential.
