We are currently seeking a Residential House Coordinator to lead a team of Therapeutic Care Workers, collectively providing support to CASPA's children and young people. The role involves maintaining a comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, the Residential Care Operations Manual, client schedules, and young person support plans.
