SalaryUniSC are seeking EOIs from passionate and readily available Workplace Relations Specialists.
- Level 8 | $111,613 - $126,406, plus 17% superannuation p.a.
- 12 months fixed-term contract
- Sunshine Coast or Moreton Bay campus
In this role you will be instrumental in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of industrial relations. You will be responsible for staying abreast of legislation changes, interpreting their implications, and implementing strategies to ensure compliance and foster positive relations across UniSC.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about legislative changes affecting Workplace Relations and provide insights on their impact.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive relationships with unions and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Partners to address Workplace Relations issues effectively.
- Educate and provide guidance to Academic and non-Academic staff on Workplace Relations matters.
- Contribute towards developing a Workplace Relations strategy for the University
- Regularly engage with stakeholders and support our commitment to excellence in Workplace Relations.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in Workplace Relations.
- A keen attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with unions and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of legislative frameworks related to Workplace Relations is essential
Location and Hours
This role is based at either our Sunshine Coast or Moreton Bay campus. In the event the position is placed at Moreton Bay, occasional travel to Sippy Downs will be required. We are open to both full-time and part-time (0.8) arrangements to accommodate your schedule and work-life balance.
