About the OPPORTUNITY
We have a great opportunity for an Estates & Facilities Lead to join our Central Workplace Solutions Function based at Edinburgh Parks, Adelaide.
You will be a strong leader, with responsibility for the effective management of property assets for Edinburgh Parks and in South Australia.
Your excellent stakeholder management skills and customer focused approach will support our goal to provide a positive and frictionless experience for employees within the workplace by understanding occupant's needs and implementing initiatives to improve the physical environment, functionality, amenity, services, health and wellbeing and sustainability.
Leading the local estates and facilities team and working with the Site Leads and key stakeholders your responsibilities areas include the following:
  • Site Planning and Development
  • Space Management and Churn
  • Physical Workplace Experience
  • Facilities Maintenance and Services via our National IFM provider
  • Investment Projects and Minor Capital Works
  • Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship for the built environment:
  • Vendor and Contractor Management
  • Health and Safety Compliance
  • Site and Business Resilience and Risk
  • Site Records Management
  • Budget and Resource Management
  • Stakeholder Management
About YOU
  • Highly developed leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build inclusive and cohesiveness teams to achieve business outcomes
  • Extensive experience in property asset management and or facilities management or a related discipline.
  • Proven knowledge of compliance standards and regulations relating to facilities and the built environment.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiently in setting and managing budgets and resources to deliver value.
